Change It Up With The 8 Week Challenge!

With the 8 Week Challenge only 4 days away, we want to invite you to conquer your fitness goals, achieve your optimal health and be in the draw to win over $5,000 worth of prizes in a positive motivating environment.

If you wanted 2018 to be the year you succeeded in your fitness and health goals, then the 8 challenge will give you the needed tools to get you there! Find out how The 8 Week Challenge will get you your desired results:

Staying Motivated

Put your hand up if you’ve had a gym membership and used it once in the last 3 months!

The 8 Week Challenge will be what you need so stay motivated with 2x 1 hour sessions a week with our In Health Performance Coaches in a group training environment. The one on on time with the coaches will push you to reach your goals and keep you going through out the challenge.

Its also been proven that having people to work out with has been shown to make you work harder, and longer, as well as actually exercising more frequently (Aral and Nicolaides, 2017).

Guided Work Outs

With years of experience in personal training, you will be guaranteed that the work outs will be guided by experts in the field in a fun and energising environment. The work outs are designed by our Personal Trainers to assist you in losing weight, gaining muscle and specifically targeting your goals.

Nutrition Plans

Sick and tired of meal planning, prepping and coming up with new nutritional meals every week?

When you join the 8 Week Challenge, you are supported with meal plans, ideas and tips on how to get the most out of your meals to help you reach your weight loss goals simpler and easier! The food plans are created by In Health Performance Coach Isaac who has a (BECK) Certification in Nutrition. You know you’ll be getting an abundance of advice and information to make meal prepping a walk in the park.

InBody Body Composition Scans

Included in the 8 Week Challenge you will receive two InBody Scans. InBody Body Composition Scans are important for analysing your body and providing a detailed report of your body. You’ll be able to identify and locate on your body the kilograms of fat and muscle. This will help you thoroughly monitor the changes you need to make to reach your ideal health.

What you will find out from an InBody Scan:

  • Total skeletal muscle mass
  • Total body fat in kilograms
  • Total body fat percentage
  • Visceral fat
  • Total body water
  • Segmental muscle and fat analysis
  • Bone mineral content
  • Basal metabolic rate

One of the best things about the 8 week challenge is the fact you’ll be working out in a united community of people who want to improve their overall health and fitness too. Facebook groups will be there in order to help the teams supporting each other, sharing ideas and forming new relationships through out the challenge!
