Step up to the challenge and stay on track with your goals by joining the Optimise Personal Training February 8 Week Challenge, I’ll assist you on taking the steps to improving your health and fitness, and optimising your life! Over the next 8 weeks, we are going to work hard to achieve your goals, but we’re going to have a lot of fun in our sessions, and hopefully we’ll all make some friends as well. After all, having a gym buddy has been shown to make you work harder, and longer, as well as actually exercising more frequently (Aral and Nicolaides, 2017).


The challenge will start and end with a fitness test. The sessions are designed to challenge your strength, cardiovascular fitness, core strength and flexibility. I will also offer alternatives for injuries you may have.

Thursdays 7:45pm
Saturdays 8:00am
On top of the 4 sessions per week, there will be weekly emails with recipes, tips and workouts. There will also be a Facebook support group which we can use to stay in the loop, provide motivation and encouragement, celebrate successes and pull each other through tough times.
