Awesome transformation from client Sophie. Sophie started training with Tom to change her body composition and build strength. Using 3 different programs over 12 weeks, starting with full body to build her baseline up, She managed to drop 14cm off her waist, 4cm off her hips. Sophie also improved her posture dramatically and gained a ton of strength in the process!
Having really committed to her diet recently, we can’t wait to see her changes over the next 12 weeks! We got her to start tracking calories for the first 4 weeks then we put her in a calorie deficit with diet breaks for the last 8 weeks
