This legend has made some seriously outstanding progress in 8 months, the sort of progress you could expect to take at least a year or even longer maybe 1.5 years.
Chris has gone from just wanting to train to proportion his body, gain muscle and fix his posture, to now his first competition coming up in 2 weeks.
This has been the results of absolute dedication to my training programs and nutrition advice, 2x personal training sessions a week with me, along with determination and drive.
Also you can see his weight started at 73kg and is down to 65kg so this is perfect example of why I only use weight as a rough guide and photos are the best way to see results so anyone tracking their weight daily or weekly may want to consider that it’s not a great way to track progress but just a guide. I step on the scales once per week and I don’t really care if they are up or down by a kilo or two either way.
Both Chris and myself are super proud of his achievements and looking forward to seeing him on stage in 2 weeks.
