Awesome first 4 weeks by my client Tyler! He came to me wanting to drop weight and get stronger and that’s exactly what we’ve done so far!
The first 4 weeks has seen a 3.4kg drop and a 5cm reduction around his waist! The photos also speak for themselves and show some amazing changes in just 4 weeks!
We have followed a diet bootcamp approach for this first phase and we will now look to up his carbs slightly as his insulin sensitivity improves and his activity and steps increase.
We’ve managed to make these changes with about 75% compliance as he adjusts to tracking his food and hitting a step target. I’m very confident that by the end of these 12 weeks we will see some incredible changes!
