Our biggest frustration was attending the gym regularly and working hard without seeing positive results. We would attend the gym and exercise for the sake of exercising without the knowledge of the best training programs to achieve our own personal goals.
We have noticed substantial fat loss but being able to gain toned muscle mass and general fitness. The variety in training programs and motivation from Isaac, to push yourself to the next level, makes attending the personal training sessions and our own sessions enjoyable. We find ourselves looking for reasons to go to gym and continue the personally designed programs instead of reasons not to attend.
