With little strength based training history and more cardio related gym sessions, the goal was to add muscle and get stronger. We did that and then some!
She was consistently eating above 2000 calories, which is a lot for someone smaller in stature, and we were still able to keep the body fat off!
We used an initial linear style full body program for phase 1 and then pushed her more in to typical strength phases for phase 2 and 3 with the focus on the big lifts and plenty of volume, which was supported by her nutrition!
Keen to see where we can get to in another 12 weeks and just how big those quads are going to get!
