This week has been great for me training wise as I have finally started to move the weights I have been trying to reach all year, since my last comp. I have just had too many setbacks this past 6 months to be able to get to where I want to be.
Its been frustrating but I never gave up and I did everything that was required to put me back in this position with my body feeling the best it’s ever been now.
Getting both my squats and my deadlifts to 180kg for 10 reps is my baseline only, I want to be consistently working with these weights and slowly progressively overload to push harder over the next 10 weeks of my program.
The new plans and program appears to be working well for me at this point, I’m feeling ready for what’s to come 💪
