WOW!! The last month of Group Fitness classes have been HUGE!! Class numbers are amazing and all our members are making the most of all the fantastic classes and skilled instructors. Working out in a group makes exercise FUN and effective which means you are much more likely to come back week after week, so keep it up!!!
I really try to keep things fresh and exciting so, we have some great things coming up next month in Group Fitness.
In response to the huge number of people we have coming to classes I have added on 3 new classes to the already massive timetable:
Monday 5.30pm Mind Body & Balance
Monday 6.00pm HIIT Step
Saturday 9.30am Mind Body & Balance
Les Mills FESTIVAL LAUNCHES
Lets celebrate the new Les Mills releases and Mad March in Adelaide
Come along to these classes and dress in your best festival costumes.
• BODY PUMP – 6.30pm Friday 3rd March
• BODY ATTACK – 8.30am Saturday 4th March
• BODY STEP – 9.00am Sunday 5th March
Bring Bubs Boot Camp
This fantastic class on Fridays at 11.30am is now FREE to all our members. Bring bubs along to the class and get a great work out. Non-members are welcome for $8.00.
