Great for flattening the tummy and improving core strength, Hula hooping is one of the hottest fitness trends around the world and promises a fun workout with results!
Hooping is proven to burn as many calories per minute as step aerobics or boot camp – burn up to 100 calories in 10-minutes or 600 calories in an hour!
The Hula Hoop sessions alternate week to week with Show Girl routines which encourage you to discover your inner performer.
