If you’re anything like us, winter is the worst time to be eating clean and working out! The cravings are real when you get home in the cold night from work and reach for the broccoli and chicken. We decided to test out this sugar free, gluten free cookie recipe for ourselves and we rate it for getting you through the winter cravings!
You will need:
- 1 cup finely ground almond flour
- 2-4 tbsp chocolate chips or sugar free chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp powdered powdered erythritol OR stevia
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2-3 tsp almond milk or any milk of choice
Preheat oven to 280 degrees. Stir dry ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Add wet ingredients to form a dough. Shape into cookies using a spoon. Place baking paper on a tray and place cookies 5cms apart on tray, bake for 10-12 minutes until cookies have turned golden brown. Let cool for an additional 10 minutes before handling, they are very fragile at first but firm up once cool.
