You can still do physical activity on your rest days!
Rest days don’t mean doing absolutely nothing! You can still recover by doing low intensity workouts, yoga and walks. Its important to have a day for your mind and body to recover. Spend your rest days doing what you love, spending time with family & friends, or YOU time!
Do something to help your recovery!
Walk your dog, do some deep stretches, have a bath with bath salts, go for a light swim or get a massage. This list is endless in ways you can help your hardworking body make the most of its recovery days!
Don’t be shy to relax!
Its okay to not do anything on your rest days and listen to your body! Resting your mind and body is important for overall health and can actually boost your immune system!
