Fitness Impact Training known to most as ‘The Pink Team’ in Blackwood Fitness Challenges are going it alone.
Starting Saturday 29 July with a body scan, measurements and a Masterclass.
You will also have access to 12 sessions over 7 days (up to 6 hours of face time with your trainers), helping you to achieve that reduction in weight/body fat and increase muscle.
With a mix of body weight and free weights this is the ideal opportunity to see how far you can take your weight loss goals.

Attend 2 or attend 6+. These sessions will push you to 80-90% of your heartrate capacity.
We will also put you through a body scan at the beginning and at the end of the challenge. An extra scan at the mid-way point will be offered at a reduced rate.
As we know, measurements play an extremely important role in determining your progress. Therefore, measurements will be taken at the beginning and at the end of the challenge.
THIS challenge begins on the 29th of July and ends the weekend of 23rd of September, which just happens to be the start of the next Blackwood Fitness 8 week challenge, what a fantastic way to kickstart your Summer!!
8 Week Challenges are not about how quickly you can achieve results but how these results can be sustained. We look at not only the weight lost, but the fat lost and the muscle gained and make sure you are fuelling
correctly for your workouts.
