Some people think training while you’re on holiday is a chore, and for them it may be. But for me I love nothing more than doing a short session to get a sweat up and get some endorphins flowing before I enjoy the rest of the day. Hotel gyms aren’t always well equipped, so just do the best you can. I always take Fat Grips with me as well as a few bands to give me a few extra things to play with. Some machines can also be utilised differently for different exercises.
Try this basic arm session:
A1: DB Hammer Curls with Grips
A2: DB Skullcrushers with Grips
B1: Modified Overhead Tricep Extension
B2: Modified Behind The Back Cable Curl
C1: EZ Bar Curls
C2: Tricep Pushups 5 sets of each, 10-12 reps and enough weight to get a pump and a sweat!
