HOW HIGH CAN YOU JUMP?
The tuck jump is one of the toughest aerobic move designed to explode your heart rate, improve your leg strength and sharpen up your agility!! The tuck jump is an advanced plyometric exercise which will help you shed the kilos! Do you think you can jump??? Then prove it!
For the entire month of April we will be running a #tuckjumpcomp. If you think you have got what it takes to become the king or queen of the tuck jump head into Studio 2 and take a photo of your highest tuck jump in front of the ruler marked on the wall.
Post the photo on the Blackwood Fitness Facebook page or on your Instagram (make sure your Insta is set to public so we can see it!!) with the hashtag #tuckjumpcomp, the highest female and male jumper by the end of April will win some awesome prizes.
