Blending traditional boxing skills with circuit style training, it is the perfect class for the participant who is looking to get fit, burn fat and gain skill in self defence

ENDURANCE
Mix of bodyweight and free weights training – High Intensity Testing your mental fortitude and ability to exert yourself or your ability to withstand fatigue, stress or pain. Endurance training helps improve cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular endurance during any aerobic or anaerobic exercise.

GROUP PT SESSION
Mix of bodyweight and free weights training Enjoy an energetic session with every exercise catered for the individual. A mix of bodyweight and free weights, circuits, strength and HIIT.

METAFIT
High Intensity Interval Training HIIT Metafit™ is the original 30 minutes, non-choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout.

METAPWR
High Intensity Power Training MetaPWR is the new group X workout from Metafit™. With the same fundamental training principles, MetaPWR is a power circuit class using functional kit and exercises to work muscle and boost metabolism.

MODIFIED STRONG MAN
Incorporating strongman into your training routine will add solid gains in not only muscle but also endurance, power, static strength and mental toughness.
