Mind Body Balance Yoga is a mind body class which combines the theories, philosophies and postures of Yoga and Pilates to develop core stability and balance. Thai Chi movements are incorporated to help warm the body and arouse the body’s chi. Meditation calms the mind a body and will leave the class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
