Group Fitness Instructor

Kirsty manages all things Group Fitness at Blackwood Fitness.  She has been teaching classes since 1998 and has been Group Fitness Manager at Blackwood Fitness since 2010.

Kirsty loves teaching all sorts of classes and loves the challenge of making exercise motivational and fun.

Kirsty has taught classes all over Adelaide but now only teaches at Blackwood Fitness which is the gym she calls home.  Presenting at fitness workshops and conventions all over Australia, Kirsty loves sharing her experience and knowledge with other instructors.  She loves being part of an industry which is responsible for keeping community fit, healthy and happy.
