A simple routine with great rhythm and pumping beats pushes the heart rate and provides a great release of stress and tension. The drum section is contrasted with a block of strength and conditioning exercises. The ball, hand weights or bands are used to condition the arms legs and core. This well rounded class puts a brand new spin on the standard exercise class. It is fun, exciting and addictive. You will keep coming back week after week.
