Advanced Personal Trainer with 10 years weight training experience and currently competing in Bodybuilding competition. Prior to bodybuilding I also have 7 years endurance training experience.

I am a Personal Trainer because fitness is my passion. Fitness to me has the power to change everything. It has the ability to have a positive effect on every aspect of any person’s life. I believe that if you improve yourself in the gym, you will improve yourself outside the gym.

Fitness has changed my life, and my goal is to give people the strength and confidence to embrace the first steps towards gaining a healthier self, and to continuously succeed in everything they do, no matter where their starting point is.

What's involved?

30 Minute Consultation: Sit down 1 on 1 with your personal trainer and talk about what you want to get out of personal training. You will be walked through what to expect and what you can do.

Body Composition Scan: Using our state of the art in body scanner we will make a report detailing the composotion of your body. This report will be a powerful tool to show you what you need to work on.

30 Minute Training Session: Put what you've learned to the test. 30 minute training session with your personal trainer. This session is a good way to gauge your ability and see if you work well with your trainer.
