It is Misha’s aim to get her clients strong and moving correctly using her increasing knowledge base and sheer passion for what she does. With over four years experience as a coach, Misha constantly strives to understand each client’s goals and personal hurdles. Misha knows that empowering her clients with the correct knowledge will lead to a boost in confidence, translating to positive progress and results!! Years before beginning her journey as a coach, strength training taught Misha many lessons and gave her a purpose that provided a huge amount of happiness and mental strength. It is her aim to continuously learn from the best in the business, to then be able to pass on what she has learnt and share her experiences with anyone who walks through the gym doors.

What's involved?

30 Minute Consultation: Sit down 1 on 1 with your personal trainer and talk about what you want to get out of personal training. You will be walked through what to expect and what you can do.

Body Composition Scan: Using our state of the art in body scanner we will make a report detailing the composotion of your body. This report will be a powerful tool to show you what you need to work on.

30 Minute Training Session: Put what you've learned to the test. 30 minute training session with your personal trainer. This session is a good way to gauge your ability and see if you work well with your trainer.
