Having played basketball at a high level from an early age, I was quickly thrown in to the training and healthy living lifestyle, where my passion for weight training quickly grew. Living this lifestyle translated over in to every aspect of my life and once I stopped playing, I wanted to get further in to the fitness industry and help people achieve results that they had always wanted.

I have a very easy going yet motivating training style, and my down to earth nature allows me to create that connection with my clients, which leads to results both physically and mentally. I thrive on seeing people change and watching their overall quality of life improve, and as your trainer, this will always be my number 1 priority!

What's involved?

30 Minute Consultation: Sit down 1 on 1 with your personal trainer and talk about what you want to get out of personal training. You will be walked through what to expect and what you can do.

Body Composition Scan: Using our state of the art in body scanner we will make a report detailing the composotion of your body. This report will be a powerful tool to show you what you need to work on.

30 Minute Training Session: Put what you've learned to the test. 30 minute training session with your personal trainer. This session is a good way to gauge your ability and see if you work well with your trainer.

Amazing progress from @sarahhpolanco in week 3 of her first ever strength phase.

We’re running a Wave Loading style program for this 4 week block, with Bench and Pull-Ups being the 2 upper body movements we’re focusing on.

We superset the 2 with a wave like rep scheme. 8,8,6,6,4,4 and then repeat, aiming for progressive overload.

In week 1 her 4RM was 25kg and today she hit 32.5kg for 4, while also hitting an 8 and 6 rep PB! 40kg isn’t far away
