Having played basketball at a high level from an early age, I was quickly thrown in to the training and healthy living lifestyle, where my passion for weight training quickly grew. Living this lifestyle translated over in to every aspect of my life and once I stopped playing, I wanted to get further in to the fitness industry and help people achieve results that they had always wanted. I have a very easy going yet motivating training style, and my down to earth nature allows me to create that connection with my clients, which leads to results both physically and mentally. I thrive on seeing people change and watching their overall quality of life improve, and as your trainer, this will always be my number 1 priority!
