Hi guys! My name is Liv and I have been a Personal Trainer at Blackwood Fitness for almost a year. Having a passion for health and fitness since a very young age I always had the career goal of a PT. My style of training suits all ages and all fitness levels. I love combining HIIT (high intensity interval training), weights and boxing to achieve both fitness and weight loss goals. The 8 Week Turn-Around will be held from October 10th until the 2nd of December just one day after Summer officially starts! This challenge caters for EVERYONE! Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, gain fitness or meet new people this is for you.
